Workbook

Pricing

We agree it with you directly, while we are in early access.

There is no price list on this page, and publishing one we had not decided would be worse than saying so. Workbook is in early access with a small number of service businesses in the GCC, and what it costs is agreed per operation — because the operations differ more than a plan table would admit.

Ask for a number

Tell us what you run, roughly how many crews, and which areas you cover.

What it depends on
The size of your workforce and how many areas you operate across. Those are the two things that actually change what Workbook has to do; everything else is detail.
What is never charged for
Workbook does not take a commission on your jobs, does not settle with your vendors, and does not process payouts. It bills your customers for your work — that is the whole of its relationship with your money, and it is a boundary we have written down rather than a current limitation.
Currency
QAR. The first market is the Gulf, and quoting in a currency you do not price your own work in helps nobody.
Early access
Open to field service providers in the GCC. It means a shorter commitment and a direct line to the people building the product — and it means some of what you ask for is not finished yet. We will tell you which parts before you sign anything.
When there will be a price list
When there is one to publish. This page gets the numbers the day they are decided, and until then it says this.

Before you ask about price

It is usually worth knowing what the product covers first — bookings and dispatch, workforce, services and pricing, customers, and the field app your crew works from.
