Workbook is a product of Gulf Delivery Company. It exists because the software field service businesses in this region were offered was written somewhere else, for somewhere else — priced in the wrong currency, laid out in the wrong direction, and built on assumptions about addresses, crews and working weeks that do not hold in the Gulf.

- Who it is for
- Service businesses that run their own crews — cleaning, maintenance, home services and the twenty-odd trades that work the same way. Not a marketplace, and not a directory: Workbook is the system a business runs itself on.
- Where it runs
- The Gulf first. Prices in QAR, an interface in Arabic and English, and right-to-left treated as a layout the product was designed in rather than one it was translated into.
- Status
- Launching 2026. Early access is open to service providers in the GCC, and the fastest route in is an email.
- What it will not do
- Workbook bills customers for the work an organisation did. It does not settle with vendors, process payouts, or take a commission on anybody’s job. That boundary is written down, not implied.
